Style: Limited Release - Pale Ale

Description: This Pale is brewed with four different kinds of extract, four different types of hops, and dry-hopped with Willamette hops. The fruitiness of the various hops is present on the finish, giving this easy-going pale ale an added twist.
​
Story: With the unfortunate onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and many confined to their residences due to stay-at-home orders, a surge of homebrewing ensued. While current homebrewers had more time to hone their work, many others took to embracing the craft and art of brewing.
​
This particular brew evolved as an experiment and hearkens back to the days of National Prohibition where the production, sale, and consumption of alcohol was prohibited. The COVID-19 pandemic did restrict the sale and, in some cases, limited the amount of alcohol being produced by some breweries, so this brew came to be the "bathtub gin" of brews.
​
Taking the remainder of leftover extracts, hops, & yeast, this one-time brew is brewed with the heart of a bootlegger.
